Founded in 2026, Bold Motion Group was created to build and support successful companies in Media and Automotive. Based in Munich, we work with founders and operators across markets through company building, investments, strategic support and market access. We provide capital where it makes sense, alongside expertise, relevant connections and hands-on support to help businesses move forward.

Built and exited an insurance brokerage while pursuing economic studies. Founded and scaled an international digital marketing company across Europe and Asia, completing the sale of the European business in 2024. Experienced in disciplined growth, operational scaling, and navigating downside scenarios.

Maximilian Gutkas

Operator-led entrepreneur. Professional background in insurance and finance; experience in family office and banking environments. Built expertise in premium vehicle trading at a leading German luxury dealer. Founder of P2 Mobility, scaled to eight-figure annual revenues within 12 months and established as a top-tier premium vehicle trader in Germany.
